Cómo Jáltipan formó a las campeonas que conquistaron el oro nacional en voleibol en CONADE 2026

In this interview, we spoke with the coaches, managers, and key figures who supported the elementary school students from Jáltipan who represented Veracruz in volleyball at the 2026 CONADE National School Sports Games for Basic Education. They shared with us the training process for this extraordinary group of girls, the challenges they faced during years of preparation, and the strategies that allowed them to overcome obstacles both on and off the court. We also discussed the importance of emotional support, constant motivation, building confidence, and strengthening teamwork—fundamental factors for the players to develop the character, self-assurance, and determination necessary to compete at the highest level.
