La Communication NonViolente | Jalila Susini-Henchiri | TEDxCarthage

Self-knowledge is essential for finding one's place in the world. It initiates a more authentic way of living: little by little, we begin to truly act, instead of reacting to external pressures, whether from people, events, beliefs, trends, or conditioning. Jalila Susini-Henchiri offers an approach grounded in Nonviolent Communication (NVC©), a pragmatic and effective communication process that allows us to learn clear and coherent communication while remaining open to others. Based in Switzerland, Jalila Susini-Henchiri has worked as a coach in nonviolent communication for over a decade. Born and raised in Tunisia, Jalila first moved to Switzerland to pursue her studies at the University of Lausanne and a degree at HEC.
