Week-to-week weight losses can be influenced by so many factors, including hormones, water intake, changes to routine, food choices, activity levels, and even stress. In this video, I talk about why it’s so important to understand your own patterns and recognise the things that may be affecting your results. Learning to look at the bigger picture has helped me stay positive, avoid frustration during slower weeks, and trust the process even when the scales don’t move as you hoped.
