The Government of Odisha has announced that the upcoming 5th installment of the Subhadra Yojana will be directly credited to the bank accounts of all eligible women on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan 2026. Ahead of this mega disbursement, a high-level review meeting was conducted as the state portal received a staggering 3,17,966 fresh applications for the financial year 2026-2027. To maintain complete transparency, the department has issued strict orders to complete all on-ground field verifications by July 25. Currently, there are over 28,000 beneficiaries whose applications are stuck due to incomplete 'Non-Biometric e-KYC'.
