An Swedish cake. A ordinary coconut top/twirl. Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside! About 15 pcs 50 g butter 2 eggs 1 dl caster sugar 200 g coconut flakes ( grated coconut) Do this: 1. Set the oven to 175 degrees celcius. Melt the butter and allow to cool a bit. Stir together eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add coconut flakes and butter and mix to a batter. Let sit for 10 minutes and swell. Click out the batter using two spoons and shape into 15 large tops on a sheet of parchment paper. 4. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes until they have a nice color. Allow to cool.
