I did 1 hour of VR fitness every single day for 30 days to see if it could actually improve my real-world cardio fitness. Honestly I think this challenge was a great sucsess! On top of the numbers, I also got way more energy in the mornings, better focus during the day, and it finally got me motivated to start lifting weights and eating better again. If you find normal cardio boring and you’re starting from a low fitness level, this might be one of the best ways to actually enjoy getting fitter. Would I recommend doing VR fitness every day?
