Welcome back to Week 6 of my journey to gaining weight and getting my wedding body ready! ⚠️ Trigger Warning: This video contains discussion of baby loss as this week included a difficult anniversary date for me. This week has been a bit different. Life has been busy and emotionally draining at times, so there hasn’t been as much running or gym content as usual. Sometimes life gets in the way, and that’s okay. One positive this week is that my appetite is slowly starting to come back. It might not be the healthiest food right now, but it’s something, and for me that’s progress. Recovery isn’t always perfect, and I’m learning to celebrate the small wins too 🫶🏼 This journey isn’t just about gaining weight or getting ready for my wedding. It’s about healing, improving my relationship with food, looking after my mental health and learning to be kinder to myself along the way.
