Authentic Dishes with my personal Touch 😍 Ingredients Unflavoured Gelatine - 2tbsp or Agar agar powder -13/4 tbsp Water -1/2 cup for soaking Sugar -3/4 to1 cup 250 ml cup Water -1/2 cup Salt - Lemon Juice -2tbsp Colours - Essence - Method Take 2tbsp gelatine in a bowl and soak it in normal water.Mix it well. In a saucepan add 1 cup sugar and ¾ cup of water and let it dissolve in medium flame. Add a bit of salt. Let the sugar dissolve nd allow it to be thickened. Turn off the heat. It would take around 10 mins. Now turn on heat to medium heat and add the gelatine mix and cook it well. Now add lemon juice. When you see the foam. Switch the gas. Now we need to add the preferred colour and flavour. Grease the mould with oil. Pour it into a different shaped mould for fancy shaped jelly. keep it in the fridge for 2 hrs. and remove it and demould the jelly. Serve Just be careful of the sugar syrup and its consistency.
