വീണാസ് കറിവേൽഡ് 5 വർഷം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ ഈ സന്തോഷ ദിവസത്തിൽ എനിക്ക് ഒന്ന് മാത്രമേ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയാനുള്ളൂ .. ഒരുപാടു നന്ദി ഒരുപാടു സ്നേഹം .. ഇനിയും നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രാർത്ഥന യും സപ്പോർട്ടും ഉണ്ടാകണം 💜❤️💕💕 Ingredients Powdered Sugar -1/2cup Corn flour -2tbsp Sugar-1cup Water -1/2cup Gelatine -2tbsp Salt-one pinch Vanilla Essence -1 tsp Sieve ½ cup of sugar and 2 tbsp corn flour . Take a setting bowl, either wrap the base with cling paper or grease it with oil/butter. Spray a bit of corn flour + sugar on this bowl. Take a bowl which is bit deep. Take unflavored gelatin in a small bowl and soak in normal water for 10 mins. take a saucepan and add 1 cup of sugar. Dissolve this sugar in water. Add a pinch of salt. It will take within 7-8 mins for the one string consistency. Then add the gelatin into this sugar. Mix and keep aside in a bowl for 5 mins to cool down. Whisk the sugar and gelatin on medium speed. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence. Mix well till it is a ribbon consistency. Pour it to our setting bowl. Remove bubbles if any. Tap the bowl twice. Then dust some powdered sugar on top. Keep it for 4 hours for setting. No need to keep it in the fridge. After 4 hours you can remove from the bowl and cut it into cubes. Cover the pieces with corn flour + powdered sugar mix at every stage of cutting it into cubes.
