SeaBear L-65 Amphibian Flight, Samara Russia

A perfect afternoon on the Volga River in Samara Russia with SeaBear chief pilot and designer, Dmitry Grekhov. I went to Russia specifically to spend a few days in this extraordinary and unique amphibian. This particular airplane, "Southern Sun," belongs to world-explorer Michael Smith, and was in the final phases of flight testing before delivery. You'll no doubt become familiar with this machine as it will be the centerpiece of his upcoming worldwide adventures.
