VTV Classics (r3): Sigmar Polke. A Retrospective. Museum Frieder Burda (2007)

In 2007, Museum Frieder Burda in Baden-Baden (Germany) brought together 60 paintings and 114 works on paper for a retrospective exhibition of the work of German artist Sigmar Polke (1941-2010). The works were drawn from three collections, those of Frieder Burda, Josef Froehlich, and Reiner Speck. The exhibition features examples of Sigmar Polke’s famous Rasterbilder (paintings in raster technique), transparent paintings, pen drawings, and works on cloth.
