2 Masaka thugs arrested
http://www.ntvuganda.co.ug/ Police in Masaka have arrested two suspected robbers after they were found with stolen motor vehicles and house hold items worth over 10 million shillings. David Kayemba and Frank Bagalana were arrested from Kimanya/Kyabakuza division, in Masaka municipality. The two suspects are said to have been using master keys to break into people's house.
