El Salvador muestra a los presuntos asesinos de los tres policías: “Han despertado toda la furia”

Three alleged gang members are presented to the press after being detained by authorities accused of participating in the murder of three police officers on Tuesday the 28th, in Santa Ana, El Salvador. On the same day of the arrest, the funeral of one of the murdered officers, Inspector Carlos Mauricio Velásquez, was held in the city of Coatepeque. The Congress of El Salvador decreed a state of emergency at the end of March, after the murder of 87 people in the country. The state of emergency, under which 43,086 suspected gang members have been detained, allows arrests without a warrant.
