From early morning, the festive atmosphere permeated the entire village. The sound of gongs echoed through the mountains and forests, blending with the joyful laughter and chatter of the people. Muong women donned their graceful traditional costumes, while the young men busily prepared for the festival's activities. The scene made me feel like I was stepping into a vibrant cultural painting. What impressed me most was the spirit of unity and national pride of the Muong people. From the elderly to the young, everyone eagerly participated in folk games such as tug-of-war, stick pushing, throwing the ball, or archery. Each cheer made the atmosphere even more lively. I also bravely joined in a few games and felt the friendliness and hospitality of the locals.
