33116 with the "Push-Pull Farewell", 22nd January 1994

On the 22nd January 1994 the finale for the 4-TC sets occurred. The tour was run under Hertfordshire Railtours "Push-Pull Tours" branding and covered mostly routes they had been associated with in their working lives. Power was provided by 33116 "Hertfordshire Railtours" with 73109 added for the final section from Weymouth to Waterloo. The train was 1Z33, 07:35 London Waterloo and return via Salisbury, Yeovil Junction, Exeter St Davids, Bristol Temple Meads, Westbury, Weymouth and back to London Waterloo. At Waterloo the train lingered for a while before the ECS departed for Bournemouth for the last time.
