🌉 Managing Real Estate Agent Personality Styles | RETB Module 5 | WBNL Coaching Welcome back to Module 5 of Real Estate Team Builder: Coach, Manage & Lead Your Team. In this lesson, we’re focusing on managing the four personality styles. One of the biggest mistakes a team leader can make is coaching, managing, and communicating with every team member the exact same way. People are wired differently. They process information differently. They respond to feedback differently. They are motivated by different things. They make decisions differently. And if you want to lead your real estate team well, you need to understand those differences. In this lesson, we’ll look at four common personality styles often discussed through the DISC framework: ✅ Dominance / Driver ✅ Influence / Promoter ✅ Steadiness / Supporter ✅ Conscientiousness / Thinker Each style brings strengths to the team. Each style also has potential blind spots. A Driver may move quickly, focus on results, and push hard toward goals — but may also need help listening, staying patient, and working within a team structure. A Promoter may bring energy, relationships, enthusiasm, and client connection — but may need support with focus, follow-through, time management, and details. A Supporter may be dependable, loyal, patient, and steady — but may need encouragement to speak up, take risks, handle conflict, and close confidently. A Thinker may be organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to quality — but may need help avoiding overthinking, taking action, and warming up to change. Understanding personality styles helps you think through: ✅ How each agent prefers to communicate ✅ What motivates each team member ✅ How to give feedback more effectively ✅ How to adjust your coaching questions ✅ How to manage conflict and resistance ✅ How to support strengths without ignoring blind spots ✅ How your own dominant style affects your leadership This lesson is not about putting people in boxes. It is about becoming a more flexible, observant, and effective leader. When you understand how someone is wired, you can coach them with more clarity, communicate with more patience, and help them grow in a way they are more likely to receive and apply. A great team leader does not lead everyone identically.
