A highly effective 6-exercise aquagym routine to tone and slim your thighs and shape your glutes. This water workout is ideal for reducing cellulite (thanks to the draining massage of the water), and also for working your upper body with aquagym exercises specifically targeting your abs! Discover a variety of low-impact exercises focused on your arms, thighs, glutes, and abs. Lucile's instructions: This routine can be done every day in any swimming pool, but also in the sea or a lake if the water is shallow enough to stand up to your waist. - Perform movements for 30 seconds with a full range of motion - 15 seconds fast Start by doing 5 sets of each movement, then 10, then 15, etc., as you progress through your training. Session duration: 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes...
