Its origin traces back to the 9th century to stews eaten by Hungarian shepherds. Ingredients are: 1Kg of beef Priest's Hat; 230g of Onions; 30g of Olive Oil; 1 Tomato; 10g of Salt; 5g of Cumin; 20g of Paprika (sweet); 1 Clove of Garlic; 450g di Potatoes; 3 Green Peppers.
