I decided to try cooking chicken with broccoli and green beans in a frying pan. I don't have a wok, so it might have turned out better. But simply simmering the chicken breast with vegetables turned out quite delicious. The fillet was very tender. And with the sour cream, I was absolutely in seventh heaven! It's like ice cream, only with meat. Ingredients: 400-500 g chicken fillet; 150-200 g broccoli; 100 g green beans; 80 g green peas; 1 onion; 1 carrot; 2-3 cloves garlic; 4-6 tbsp soy sauce; 1/2 tsp hops-suneli; black pepper to taste; the author's pleasant voice, 1 pc. Garnish with sesame seeds and grated cheese. I used frozen broccoli and beans; I didn't defrost them, just let them steam for a minute. Fresh ones should simply be washed and chopped. Half a cup of water was too much; I had to evaporate the excess moisture. I think if I had used less water, the broccoli would have been brighter and crispier. That's the recipe, enjoy!
