So many Foxholes: Battle of Baraque de Fraiture Ardennes 2023
The attacks on Baraque de Fraiture, the highest altitudes in the mid region of the Ardennes, started on december 19th 1944, the third day of the Battle of the Bulge. About 300 American men, with the order “Hold this ground as long as humanly possible.”, withstood an immense amount of German troops for 5 days. I am looking for remaining foxholes.
