He is one of Japan's leading chefs in French cuisine. This time, Chef Takara will be teaching us techniques for elevating everyday dishes, including fried eggs, poached eggs, and scrambled eggs. Today, we'll be enjoying the kindness of the chefs to our heart's content! Hiroo Ueno, editor-in-chief of the magazine "dancyu," learns the "most ordinary yet delicious" recipes in Japan that you'll want to keep eating forever! This is a new type of cooking show in which Ueno visits restaurants he believes are the best in Japan for a certain dish, learns the recipes, and then tries making them together with the chefs.
