Drawing the Memory of His People | Stories of Hope
Amid the noise of Kutupalong Camp, Jahidul Islam fights silently to protect his people’s memory from being forgotten. Through his drawings and determination, he documents Rohingya culture and preserves its fading traces, despite limited tools, lack of support, and the absence of art centers. Jahid does not draw for entertainment alone; he draws to say: We still have a memory… and an identity worth preserving.
