Legs Workout Training Routine 7/03/2026
Heavyweight Duncan skipped out and ran off to Blue Ridge, so I hit a quick legs workout by myself. Got some nice, slow, pause reps in on back squats. Hit a superset of leg extensions and leg curls. Then did some walking lunges with 50 pound dumbells and was shot! I am still laying in the gym floor as I type this. Lol #Legs #LegDay #LegWorkout #Gym
