Today we opened the doors to our new production space to show you what our daily life is like making artisanal sweets here in the countryside. While one of us chopped papaya to prepare delicious crystallized papaya candy, the other stirred the dulce de leche pot on the wood-burning stove, taking care of every detail to reach the perfect consistency. Our mother also came to help by adding wood to the furnace, as she has always done throughout our journey. During the production, we shared many stories, memories, laughs, and experiences from our entire journey in the world of artisanal sweets. We told how it all began, talked about our participation in Expoagro, showed some of the secrets of preparing dulce de leche in pieces, and remembered the times when we started this beautiful family tradition. Here, each sweet is prepared with great care, using fruits harvested from the countryside and recipes that have been passed down through generations. We produce more than 20 varieties of sweets, jams, and other delicacies, always preserving the flavor of food made with love. We also sang our parodies, laughed a lot, and showed that behind every jar of sweets, there's a story of dedication, unity, and hard work.
