In this video, we're doing a great Pilates routine that works your entire body using just a resistance band (preferably a mini band or a long loop band). Join me on your mat at home to strengthen and tone your muscles! A resistance band allows you to feel our muscles more deeply, challenges our core, and potentially activates the glutes and legs in particular. This class is designed to target all muscle groups from start to finish. What's in store for you in this class? -Warm-up and body preparation -Core and core strengthening exercises -Toning exercises focused on the legs and hips -Pilates moves that work the arm and back muscles -Cool-down and stretching to relax the entire body This workout is suitable for all levels and lasts approximately 22 minutes.
