Meanwhile, sauté garlic and chili peppers in a pot with hot olive oil for about 1.5 minutes. Add tomato paste, stir, and sauté for another 30 seconds. Then, drain the pasta and add the cooking water to the tomato mixture, stir, reduce the heat, and season with Italian seasoning. Simmer gently for about 1 minute. Add the pasta to the tomato sauce and cook for about 1-2 minutes until al dente.
