34046 Braunton with 50 050 "Fearless" , Class 66's on Intermodal & 57 ECS Move at Acton Bridge!

A good variety at Acton Bridge today with 34046 Braunton leading with 50 050 as the support diesel behind running on 5Z29 Carlisle Upperby Tmd Lsl to Crewe H.S, 66727 and other 66's running on Intermodal, and 57012 (with 44871 behind, but barely visible) running through. A lineside fire happened right after 57 012 with 44 871 came past. It occured North of the Chapel Lane Footbridge and caused disruption chaos. The lineside fire spread very quickly and burnt its way through Signalling cables and damaged OHLE wires heavily. Trains were tripped, delayed for 4-5 hours and around 30 trains cancelled. The situation was sorted out overnight and everything has almost returned to normal 24 hours later (as of 9pm Sunday). Crewe Down Slow is still closed.
