Tananim National Park (Crocodile Park). South of the country. Access to the Mediterranean Sea, 3 hours. A journey and adventure for two friends. We followed an overgrown, marshy trail along the Tananim Stream to the Mediterranean, where a boundless expanse of water and beauty opened up before our eyes. In the distance, a small island hill was visible in the sea, waves crashing onto the shore, and coastal rocks on which flocks of beautiful birds perched. We passed beneath the bizarrely shaped sandstones towered. Upon reaching the top, we saw our final destination—a bay with bobbing fishing boats. In the distance, the outlines of the ancient part of Caesarea were visible. But it was too late to go there, so we went to the bus stop near the Arab village of Jisr az-Zarqa and returned home (it was a long way).
