We will go step by step on how to properly prepare the surfaces, position the new head gasket, and install the cylinder head following the correct procedure. Proper tightening of the head bolts is also covered to avoid future issues such as leaks, warping, or serious engine damage. This process is key in any engine rebuild, especially in M271 engines, where incorrect assembly can lead to major failures. That’s why I show all the details to do it accurately and safely.
