From freezing at 2AM in the UK to stepping into 30-degree heat in Spain… Day 1 at Magic Tropical Splash does not disappoint! 🌴🔥 Join us as we begin our 9-day all-inclusive adventure in Cala de Finestrat, near Benidorm — featuring travel chaos, resort exploring, room tour, pools, slides and our first night at the buffet! 🛫 Travel Day – East Midlands to Alicante We start the morning at stupid o’clock (2:16AM!) in the freezing cold UK before jumping on the Skylink bus and heading to East Midlands Airport. Boarding our Jet2 flight as the sun rises, we finally land in Alicante and thankfully still get to use the old passport system — quick and easy! 🏨 Magic Tropical Splash Check-In & First Look After arriving at Magic Tropical Splash, we explore the reception, lobby, snack bar, and huge resort grounds while waiting for our room. We also get the low-down on: ✔ Ultra All-Inclusive info ✔ Show bookings ✔ VIP areas ✔ Plastic cup system ✔ Pools, slides & entertainment ✔ Halloween events happening at the hotel 🛏️ Room Tour – Tower 4 (7th Floor) We finally get access to our room and wow — it’s spotless, cool and has an amazing pool view balcony!
