Qualifying in 991.2 Cup Car - POC Willow Springs
My wife and I tested our 991.2 Cup Car for the first time at Big Willow (Willow Springs) with Porsche Owners Club. This is a qualifying session on Sunday. Due to a minor "off" the previous day, the front splitter broke which affected the front end much more than expected - pushing in turn 8 and 9 much more than with the splitter intact. This was my maximal effort on the same rubber from the previous day, so I look forward to trying again on freshies with a new front splitter. 1:19's will be required to be up front.
