So watch and learn to make Brinjal Pickle only on Get Curried Ingredients: 250 gms of thinly sliced brinjal 2 tbsp of Mustard Seeds Vinegar 1 cup of mustard oil 4 chillies 8 cloves of garlic Inch of Ginger 1tsp of pepper ½ tsp of turmeric 1 tsp of cumin powder 2 tsp of chilli powder 1tbsp of sugar cup of vinegar Method: Marinate the thinly sliced brinjal with salt & keep it for one hour and drain the excess water Crush the mustard seeds and add vinegar to it.
