Muscle-Up Progression on Low Rings
While at the Scholarship Level 1 Course at CrossFit South Philly, Seminar Staff Head Trainer Larry Thomas walks through a muscle-up progression on the low rings. Before an athlete is ready to attempt the muscle-up skill on the high rings, "there's some homework that needs to be done before we get to that point," explains Thomas.
