Welcome back to my running journal! 👟 Week 6 — level up. I turned the three days of running into a little journey, not to mention the drama (haha). I felt how each kilometer strengthens my confidence and how my body adapts to the effort — that motivates me immensely! If you're just starting out, stay consistent: C210K works step by step; if you're already on the schedule, use each outing to build the habit of running, of getting outside. Challenge of the week for you: stick to the 3 runs planned by the schedule, write down how you feel after each one and share in the comments, and if you're just starting out, simply go for a run and tell us in the comments how it was.
