Having a weak pelvic floor can drastically impact your everyday life and consequently means exercise can become uncomfortable or even unbearable. But these tips from Jade on how to use your rebounder and adjust your workout routine can make everyday life easier and bring exercise back into your life. Jade also talks about how rebounding fits in around her young family and why Boogie Bounce is the perfect workout for those with weak pelvic floor muscles. We've pulled together more information on this topic here: https://boogiebounce.com/shop/blog/ho... Some of Jades top tips for working out and exercises to help with weak pelvic floor muscles: Don't feel embarrassed! It's common for a lot of people, both men and women Everyone can benefit from strengthening their pelvic floor muscles. The prospect of working out or Boogie Bounce can seem daunting, it can perhaps seem impossible, "I can't do that. I might wee myself". This is not the case! 😊 Boogie Bounce is a fantastic form of exercise for those pelvic muscles in particular. You're engaging your core just by standing on the trampoline and your pelvic floor muscles are part of your core muscles. If you do feel a bit uncertain like you can't fully trust your body yet, you can keep the moves small. You might take the bounce out completely and just perform the moves without that bounce. You're still getting a workout and you are still working out those muscles. Build the workout up at your own pace as you gain confidence over time. Add some more bounce into your moves in while avoiding some of the bigger moves such as losing the bounce, kicking the legs out for split leaps. If you do feel like you need just that little bit more reassurance, use a pad. No one needs to know that you've got it on, and then you feel so much more confident. Having an at-home bouncer is a really good idea. You're in the comfort of your own home, should anything happen. If you have small babies you can watch them on the monitor like I am right now and do a little workout. There's no noise with the bouncing thanks to the new Boogie Bounce Elite, so you can bounce away. I would say definitely check out the 30-minute session on the app. They are perfect for nap times
