In a hyperconnected world, comparison can be a catalyst for growth or a trap for our self-esteem. Irene Sanguineti reflects on how social media amplifies ideals of perfection and beauty, often distorting our self-perception. With an authentic and profound perspective, she invites us to rediscover beauty as a unique, internal experience. In a frenetic and competitive age, this speech encourages us to rediscover authenticity and self-acceptance as the keys to achieving deeper beauty and true happiness. Irene graduated from the University of Parma and is currently completing the postgraduate internship required to practice. Irene, better known as Psyrene, embarked on her social media journey in 2020 with the goal of informing and raising awareness about the importance of mental health. She is the author of the book "M'ama non m'amo," published by Sperling & Kupfer, which addresses issues related to dysfunctional relationships so as to learn to recognize and understand those complex dynamics, inspiring healthy love.
