Ritz Rolo Turtles - Only FOUR Simple Ingredients - Steph’s Stove

Ritz Rolo Turtles 1 regular sized box of Ritz crackers (about 98 crackers) 1 - 10 oz bag of Rolo candies (48) 1 - 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips 48 pecan halves Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Using a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place half of the crackers bottom side up. Unwrap each Rolo candy and place one in the center of each cracker. Bake for approximately 3 minutes or until the Rolos are soft and shiny but not completely melted. Be careful not to overbake. Remove the pan from the oven, place another cracker on top of each Rolo candy, and press down slightly to squish the Rolo. Set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate using half power at 20 second intervals while stirring between each interval until melted and smooth. Place a small amount of chocolate onto the top of each Ritz cookie sandwich that will cover the top only. If necessary, smooth the chocolate and then press a pecan half on top of each cookie. Allow the chocolate to set and Enjoy! Store any remaining cookies in an airtight container.
