Banded Scapular Rehab – Part 2 | Shoulder Exercise | London Bridge Sports Medicine

This video continues the banded scapular rehabilitation programme, introducing three exercises that progressively challenge shoulder stability using Therabands. The series begins with a single-band forward push at shoulder height, progresses to a double-band version for greater resistance, and finishes with an upper range stability exercise – moving the arm out to the side and into the overhead range. Each stage increases the demand on the shoulder, making this a useful progression once the earlier exercises feel comfortable. These exercises have been recommended by the clinical team at London Bridge Sports Medicine as part of a structured rehabilitation plan. Always perform them as directed by your clinician.
