Let the well-kneaded dough rest in a bowl, covered with a towel, for 1-1.5 hours to rise. When the dough has risen, place it on a work surface, divide it into 4 pieces, and form each piece into balls, pressing the dough underneath. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius (450 degrees Fahrenheit). After 15 minutes, begin forming the flatbreads. Knead and stretch the flatbread, starting from the center, leaving the edges convex. Prick the center with a fork, transfer to a preheated baking sheet, brush with diluted powdered milk, garnish with black cumin and sesame seeds, and place in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes. When the dough has approached, we spread it on the working surface, divide into 4 parts, and from each part we form balls, subminaya dough under the bottom. Leave it for 15 minutes. At this time, we heat the oven to 230 degrees. After 15 minutes we begin to make flat cakes. The blank for the flat cake is kneaded and stretched, starting from the center, the edges are left bulging. Seredinku pinched chekish (can be a fork), put it on a heated baking sheet, grease with diluted dry milk, decorate with black cumin and sesame, put in the oven. We bake for 15 minutes.
