Hawaii Foodtrip: Macadamia Nut Pancakes & Saimin at Ken's House of Pancakes

We stopped at Ken's House of Pancakes for our first Hawaiian breakfast on the Big Island! Ken's is a 24 hour diner that serves up pancakes, omelettes and a variety of Hawaiian dishes. It's near the airport and is the perfect stopover for a hungry traveler that's just landed in Hilo. We munched some bacon and sampled the Macadamia Nut Pancakes, which came with an assortment of Hawaiian syrups: passion fruit, guava and coconut cream!
