I Customized My GameCube with a New Shell, GCVideo and Picoboot

In this video I put together a Custom Gamecube with Picoboot, GCVideo, Replacement Shell and other bits. I had a problem where the picoboot would not boot if the GCVideo HDMI adapter is connected.
