Unsere Lebensphasen aus ayurvedischer Sicht

This video is an excerpt from our compact seminar on Ayurveda basics: https://www.ayurvedamedizin.de/ausbil... Ralph provides an insight into the 5 phases of life in Ayurveda and how to deal with them. 👉 Vata, Pitta, what? In preparation for this video, we recommend:    • Video   Terms used in this video: 👨‍🏫 Guna/Triguna: Guna are qualities. A distinction is made between physical and mental qualities. The three qualities of the mind (Triguna) are Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. 👨‍🏫 Sattva: If the mind is characterized by Sattva, harmony, peace, calm, high intelligence, and profound insight dominate. Under sattvic influence, all mental functions function at their best, and an intense desire for answers to existential questions of life and fulfillment arises. 👨‍🏫 Rajas: The mind characterized by rajasic tensions between attachment to what is desired and aversion to what is undesirable. It is full of passion and identifies with itself. Rajas is our driving force for achieving goals and an important source of our motivation. Everyday action is primarily influenced by rajasic—when we combine this with the basic attitude of sattva, something useful emerges. 👨‍🏫 Tamas: A mind characterized by tamasic is characterized by inner resistance, inertia, and ignorance. Tamas inhibits our intelligence and minimizes human potential for growth and insight in favor of primitive, animal qualities of survival and reproduction.
