Easy Banana Cream Dessert 🍌✨ That Melt-in-Your-Mouth Recipe!

A soft and creamy layered dessert made with fluffy sponge, sweet banana, and rich cream — simple and incredibly delicious! 📝 Ingredients: For the sponge: 3 eggs (separated into whites and yolks) A pinch of salt 50 g sugar (or 3 tablespoons) 53 g flour (or 3 tablespoons) For the cream: 180 g condensed milk 200 g cream 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar For layering: 1 banana (mashed) Chocolate pieces (optional) For decoration: Raspberries, cherries, or currants (optional) 👩‍🍳 Instructions: 1. Separate 3 eggs into whites and yolks using two bowls. 2. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form (the mixture should not fall when the bowl is turned upside down). 3. Gradually add 50 g (3 tablespoons) sugar while mixing until fully dissolved. 4. In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the egg yolks, then gently fold them into the egg white mixture. 5. Sift 53 g (3 tablespoons) flour and gently mix in one direction until smooth. 6. Line a baking tray (38 cm x 24 cm) with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly. 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 17 minutes. 8. While baking, prepare the cream: Mix 180 g condensed milk, 200 g cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar using a mixer. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. 9. Cut the 1 banana into pieces. 10. Once the sponge is ready, break it into small pieces by hand. 11. Take two serving bowls: Add a layer of sponge pieces Add the sliced banana.🍌 Pour cream over it 12.
