One teaspoon baking soda. One tablespoon baking powder. One teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 tablespoons honey. Dulce de leche for filling. FOR THE TOPPING: 200g couverture chocolate. 200g butter. Process: 1. In a bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla extract. 2. Add the honey and egg and beat until combined. 3. Add all the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and cornstarch) and mix until you have a dough. 4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour. 5. Roll out the dough, sprinkling it with cocoa, until it reaches 2 cm thick. 6. Cut into a mold approximately 5 cm in diameter and bake the tops at 170°C in the oven for 10 minutes. 7. Let cool, then fill with dulce de leche and cover with the ganache made from the chocolate and butter.
