Today I had some potatoes with charcoal-grilled meat that were finger-licking good 😍. We used boneless beef and grilled it on the grill with good charcoal, just like they do at the ranch. While the meat was cooking, I made some creamy mashed potatoes, a molcajete salsa (which Maleno ground, because I was busy with everything else), some fresh guacamole, and some quesadillas to go with it. And of course, I couldn't miss a nice chat with Maleno, who was nostalgic, sharing anecdotes from when we used to swim in the streams as kids 🌊💬 This video is to get you craving it, laugh, and cook as a family.
