Exploring Côte d’Ivoire Abandoned Capital “Yamoussoukro”

After a wonderful drive with a hitchhiker, I am back with Guy as we explore the beautiful city of Yamoussoukro. In this video, we're going to take a look at Yamoussoukro, a small town in the north of Ivory Coast. We'll explore the village and have my first impressions of it. Yamoussoukro is the capital city of Côte d'Ivoire, in West Africa. It's inland, northwest of the country’s economic and cultural hub, the coastal city of Abidjan. It's known for the enormous Basilica of Our Lady of Peace of Yamoussoukro, with its stained-glass windows and towering dome.
