Here you have a washing machine, a dryer, a fridge-freezer, an iron, an ironing board, mini golf clubs and mini golf balls, a handcart, a Big Bobby Car, a Stocke children's high chair with bracket and leather straps and a Finnish sauna. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, hot air fryer (Philips Airfryer XXL), Senseo-Duo coffee pad and coffee filter machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, waffle iron, raclette grill, children's cutlery and crockery and a dining area with a comfortable Corner bench and a separate bench. The kitchen window has an insect screen and the patio door has an insect concertina door. upper floor: Here you will find 2 bedrooms with fly screens on the windows. There is also a bathroom upstairs. There is a fixed stair gate at the top of the stairs, which can be extended if necessary! The first bedroom (facing the street) has two single Auping beds (2x80x200 cm), a youth bed (length 1.90 m) and a children's bed (length 1.65 m). A wardrobe and children's toys, children's books and a CD cassette player are also available there. The second bedroom (on the water side) has an Auping double bed (2x90x200 cm) and a sofa bed. A travel cot with extra mattress, a wardrobe and a sideboard as well as a satellite TV, 22″ LED TV with Apple TV 2 are also available. Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds! The bathroom has a rain shower (renewed in autumn 2019), bathtub, toilet and hair dryer. Outside: Our holiday home has a large 35 sqm terrace - facing south-east - has garden furniture (table and six chairs), a lounge for two, a parasol, an electrically extendable awning and a gas grill. Next to the terrace there is a climbing tower with a slide and a trampoline. In front of the house you will find a 15 sqm west-facing terrace.
