Our family- and child-friendly Schakelvilla – with a south-facing view and a garden and terrace directly on the water (a canal with access to the IJsselmeer) – comfortably accommodates four adults, two children, and a toddler. Behind the house is the large boat and fishing dock with our rowboat (2.10 m Whaly). A small playground is located approximately 30 meters from the house on the opposite side of the street. The gently sloping sandy beach is approximately 300 meters away. On the ground floor you will find: Our holiday home offers a spacious entrance hall, a toilet, and a storage room. Here you will find a washing machine, a dryer, a refrigerator-freezer, an iron, an ironing board, mini golf clubs and balls, a handcart, a Big Bobby Car, a Stocke highchair with a handle and leather straps, and a Finnish sauna. The living room is equipped with a German TV (smart and satellite TV, 65" LED TV), a Harman Kardon Citation MultiBeam 700 soundbar with Google Home, AirPlay, and Bluetooth, Apple TV 4, Wi-Fi (internet), a book corner, and board games. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer (Philips Airfryer XXL), Senseo Duo coffee pod and filter coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, waffle iron, raclette grill, children's cutlery and crockery, as well as a dining area with a comfortable corner bench and a separate seating area. The kitchen window has a fly screen, and the patio door has an accordion door. Upper floor: Here you will find two bedrooms with fly screens on the windows. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor. There is a fixed stair gate at the top of the stairs, which can be extended if necessary! The first bedroom (facing the street) is furnished with two Auping single beds (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a double bed (2 x 0.80 x 2 m) with electric slatted frames. A wardrobe, children's toys, children's books, and a CD player are also available. The second bedroom (facing the water) is furnished with an Auping double bed (2x90x200 cm), a sofa bed, and a children's bed (1.60 cm long). A travel cot with an extra mattress, a wardrobe, a sideboard, and a small smart TV are also available. Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds! The bathroom has a rain shower, bathtub, toilet, and a hairdryer. Outdoor area: Our holiday home has a large 35 sqm terrace – facing southeast – with garden furniture (table and six chairs), a lounge for two, a parasol, an electrically retractable awning, and an Enders electric grill. Next to the terrace is a slide, a trampoline, two kayaks, and a surfboard. In front of the house, you'll find a 15 sqm west-facing terrace. In addition to garden furniture (table and five chairs), there's a charcoal grill.
