Today, I finally know why Hong Kong people call it Huajingu, because the Spotted knifejaw is light golden, and it will quickly turn black after death. Spotted knifejaw has a very strong vitality. It can survive in a moist environment for two hours away from water. It can be made alive at home and matured for 5 days after bloodletting.
