Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 - The Great Valve Controversy - With Definitive RE Advice

Following my last video that caused quite a stir! 'Valves Take 2 The Right Way" wherein I checked the valves for the second time and rotated the crank clockwise..(first time I did anti clockwise). Given the unclear manual and mixed opinions and lack of a definitive answer I have sought official advice from The Royal Enfield UK Technology Centre.
